Individual Therapy: Jessica utilizes a strengths-based approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Cognitive Processing therapy, and Relational Cultural theory to enhance mutual respect and empowerment throughout the counseling process.

Play Therapy: “Play therapy acknowledges that children, especially in their earliest years, learn best through play. It is within the world of playful exploration that they develop cognitive, emotional, and social skills, as well as a sense of agency and resilience. As a play therapist, my role is to provide the right support and observe appropriately, allowing children the safe space to flourish and reach their full potential!”
